EventGuru has been the producer of Diwali at Times Squaresince its inception in 2013 and has managed notable events such as the Lok Kerala Sabha event with the Chief Minister of Kerala and the Cricket All-Star event.
Diwali at Times Square is the biggest Diwali celebration outside India that brings the Festival of Lights to the heart of New York City, uniting communities through music, dance, art, and culture. Over the years, the event has grown into one of the largest South Asian cultural showcases in North America, featuring world-class performers, dignitaries, and leading global brands, while positioning Times Square as a platform for cultural unity and global visibility.
In 2024, EventGuru curated "Tribute to Rabindranath Tagore" in Times Square with renowned actor and dancer Rituparna Sengupta, as well as the Umrao Jaanpromotion with Bollywood actor Neetu Chandra.

She was awarded the Mahatma Gandhi Samman (Honor) in the House of Lords in London in Sept 2015 and has been awarded the India Republic Day Award in the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County in New York for her dedication and commitment towards the community. She was the proud recipient of the IAA WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARDS from Shabana Azmi in 2017 and, recently, on the eve of International Women's Day. In 2018, she received the South Asian Empowerment Award from Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar in a glittering ceremony that was held in New York, and in 2023, she was awarded the 'Shakti Award '(woman empowerment award). She was also recently honored by the Rotary Club of Northshore,NY.
